these mistakes (such as your/you're, than/then or would've/would of*)
are made by native English speakers above all. Non-native speakers
focus heavily on grammar while learning English. Conversely, native
speakers are usually tricked by their flawless pronunciation, which
makes them confused when distinguishing, for instance, between 'than'
and 'then' in oral speech.
